Report misuse
If you've received email you believe was sent through Mailpulse and something isn't right — the sender is unclear, the opt-out doesn't work, or the content concerns you — tell us here. We investigate every report and act on what we find.
How we handle reports
Every message we send is required to identify the sender and carry a working opt-out. If a campaign falls short of that standard, or promotes something unlawful or misleading, we will stop it. We may pause or decline any campaign that risks the trust our sending depends on — that protection is part of the service, for recipients and clients alike.
